Company:
Our client is an established commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance business based in the South East of England.
They specialise in landscape schemes for company headquarters, new schools, business and retail parks, superstores and industrial estates.
Due to expansion they are now looking for a Contracts Manager.
Description:
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
• The total management of commercial hard and soft landscape projects throughout London and the South East.
• Budgeting, programming, quality monitoring and management of landscaping teams
• Managing up to 40 contracts at any one time, spread across 4 teams of staff
• Some nights working away will be required
The IDEAL person will possess:
• A background in commercial landscaping / grounds maintenance
• Staff management experience and excellent customer liaison skills
• Commercial awareness
• A hands on attitude
• Lots of self motivation
