The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
• Running a large local authority grounds maintenance contract
• Managing staff and delegating work
• Reporting regularly to the Area manager
• Regular liaison with the client
Person specification:
The IDEAL person will possess:
• Some experience of managing a local authority contract
• Some staff supervision/management experience
• A knowledge of horticulture is desirable
